Semi Custom range 55m - Description
In cooperation with Moran Yacht & Ship we have designed a semi custom 55 meter motor yacht with a fast displacement hull to reach speeds up to 30 knots available in multiple configurations.
The 55 meter semi custom range features an adjustable MTU engine package providing various top speeds. The clever design shows an very efficient fuel consumption 15 % lower than other displacement hull designs. For speeds over 17 knots the hull needs to be build out of alumium.
The proposed general arrangement accomodates on the main deck a full-beam master suite and ensuite bathroom with his-and-her heads, adjacent to this suite is a smaller cabin as private owner's study/ salon. On the lower deck are 5 additional ensuite staterooms: a VIP suite with queen bed, and four queen or one twin-bedded staterooms.
Located forward on the sundeck a touch and go type helipad is integrated suitable for maximum helicopter weight of 2000 gt.
