Royal designation for Hakvoort
Hakvoort Yachts was bestowed with the prestigious Royal designation in 2020.
This incredible honour signifies our deep-rooted heritage and unwavering commitment to excellence. The Royal title is reserved for companies of Dutch national significance who serve a vital role in their industry.
It is a testament to our enduring legacy as a family-owned shipyard passionately crafting vessels for over a century.
Extension of South construction hall
The extension of the construction hall increased Hakvoort’s capacity to accommodate larger yacht projects, as well as delivered enhanced efficiency and the ability to employ cutting-edge technologies for even more precise large yacht construction. This expansion solidified Hakvoort’s position as a leading force in the Dutch yacht building industry, more ready than ever to take on ambitious projects and deliver excellence to discerning clients worldwide.

Expansion of joinery division Unlimited Interiors
In 1999, Hakvoort Yachts took a significant step by expanding its joinery division and founding Unlimited Interiors. This strategic move empowered us to have full control over the production of high-quality interiors for our fleet.
The exquisite skills of Unlimited Interiors are not limited to Hakvoort projects alone, as we offer our services to other shipyards on a sub-contractual basis. From custom-built interior projects to collaborating with industry partners, Unlimited Interiors showcases our unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The first custom superyacht from Hakvoort Shipyard
The Striker series
The Hakvoort Striker Series was the yard’s first venture into luxury shipbuilding. The high-performance aluminiium sportfishers ranged from 17.6 to 21.3 metres, and were met with industry-wide acclaim in Europe and America.
With 14 Striker yachts delivered worldwide, the success of the Striker Series put Hakvoort well and truly on the map.
