Visitors registration
Access to the Hakvoort yard and offices.
Given the security measures in and around the Hakvoort yard, it is important that visitors are registered. When visiting the Hakvoort yard and office, the following rules must be taken into account:
- Guests must be registered in advance. This can be done via the form on this page.
- Inform guests in advance of the ID requirement. Without proof of identification, access to the yard will not be granted.
- Access passes must be worn visibly.
- Upon departure, guests must be accompanied to the exit to leave the yard.
- Suppliers who visit the Hakvoort yard must wear work clothes.
