Built in 1992, Sealion was designed to offer exceptional comfort and spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests across 4 suites. With her distinctive canoe stern and generous deck areas, she provides an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying life on the water. She can also accommodate up to 6 crew members, ensuring a comfortable and seamless luxury yacht experience.
Sealion was designed by Pieter Beeldsnijder, responsible for both the naval architecture and interior design. Built in accordance with Lloyd’s Register classification rules with meticulous attention to detail, she features a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and teak decks. Powered by twin 350 hp Gardner (6LYTI) diesel engines, Sealion cruises comfortably at 10 knots and can reach a maximum speed of 12 knots.
In 2023, Sealion returned to the yard for an extensive refit. The works included a complete repaint, new teak decking and the installation of a Jacuzzi on the sundeck. The cranes were removed and new stairs were installed between the main and bridge decks. Numerous interior upgrades were also carried out, alongside the installation of Zero Speed stabilizers and a range of technical maintenance works.
